Cancellation policy

We offer a 100% refund for any stay which becomes illegal due to Government restrictions.

We also offer a 100% refund (less 5% administration charge) for cancellations for most reasons up to 2 days prior to arrival. Exclusions are: self-isolation, illness due to coronavirus, government travel restrictions, acts of terrorism or war.

Insurance cover for self-isolation, travel restrictions and illness due to coronavirus are available at reasonable rates from a number of travel insurance companies and banks and we strongly recommend that you take out your own policy. Our prime concern is to ensure the health and well-being of our guests, staff, neighbours and service providers. The measures we are taking are explained in various documents which can be accessed below.

Our Cleaning Protocols are based on best general practice and have been adapted for self-catering by the Professional Association of Self Caterers (PASC), in collaboration with VisitEngland and others. Graham Wason, Owner-Guardian of Cossington Park, is a Founder-Director of PASC.
 
Our regular guests will note some temporary changes as a result of these measures, which are described in the ‘Information for Guests’ document. We also have some requests of our guests and seek your understanding and cooperation.
