We are dedicated to ensuring our historic holiday cottages are as welcoming and accessible as possible for all our guests, including older adults, individuals with limited mobility, and part-time wheelchair users.

Both Park House and Park Cottage are dog-friendly, and service dogs are more than welcome.
Park Cottage Accessibility
Cossington Park Cottage has been rated by Visit England to National Accessibility Level M2. This means the cottage is suitable for guests with limited mobility who may need to use a wheelchair.

- Accessible parking near the entrance with level access to the property
- Fully accessible ground floor with a spacious open-plan living area
- Accessible downstairs bedroom
- Wheelchair-accessible wet room
- Level decked patio area with ramped access to the enclosed walled garden
- Level access to the remaining gardens and grounds, including the main gardens, games field and children’s play area

Cossington Park House Accessibility
Key Accessibility Features:
- Ample parking near the entrance with level access
- Level access to downstairs rooms including the Old Drawing Room, Morning Room, Pantry Breakfast Room, cloakroom, and Library Dining Room
- Level access between the Old Drawing Room and Conservatory, and from the Conservatory to the main garden
- Large, level grassed garden area with accessible paths to other grounds
- Path to Cossington Park House from Park Cottage is recently resurfaced and suitable for wheelchair users (for guests renting the whole Estate)
Access With Steps:
There are steps between the hall and Old Kitchen, and the Old Kitchen and Pantry Breakfast Room
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, accessible by two staircases with handrails. A small flight of six steps leads to a further three bedrooms and a bathroom
