Dunster Fair – 27th July
West Somerset’s largest County Fair. Watch out for the Shetland Pony Grand National, Punch and Judy, and ferret racing! There’s also a miniature railway and funfair.
Fantastic Food Festival, Bath 29th July
A weekend foodie festival in the World Heritage City of Bath. Watch the celebrity chef masterclasses and enjoy fabulous food and drink.
Taunton Flower Show – 5th and 6th August
Taunton’s popular annual flower show with beautiful exhibitions, lots of stalls, and demonstrations. Everyone is catered for with music, activities, and a dedicated children’s area.
Weston Super Mare Sea Shanty Festival – 5-7 August
A 3-day folk and sea shanty festival with hundreds of acts performing around the town. Channel your inner pirate by dressing up and joining in the fun!
Dunster Show – 19 August
A great family day out. Featuring children’s entertainment, local agriculture, and crafts. There’s also lots of fantastic local produce on offer in the food tent.
Bristol International Balloon Fiesta – 11-14 August
A spectacular 4-day event with over a hundred hot air balloons of all shapes and sizes. There are children’s activities and a fun fair, as well as aerial displays and plenty of food and drink stalls.
