Healthy Hen party ideas
You can make your hen weekend extra special by arranging for a range of brilliant activities or treatments in the house and grounds, or nearby. Here are just a few healthy hen party ideas to get you started…
Planning a wedding can be stressful. If you’d like to relax and chill before the big day, then why not arrange for your own bespoke hen spa weekend? You can book onsite holistic therapies or pampering treatments, professional make-up sessions, or even yoga classes for you and the girls.
You could also just sink into sofas, wander the grounds, enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, or just lie back and chat the day away in the sunshine.
If you fancy lying back in a hot tub to chill out at the end of the day, we can arrange for that too.
Adventure-loving hens can try out caving, rock climbing, archery, and just about anything else you can think of in the grounds and nearby!
If getting muddy is your thing, you can try an assault course. You could even unleash your inner Viking with a spot of Axe throwing.
Snowsport loving hens
We can rarely provide snow, but yes, you really can try out skiing and snowboarding on a dry slope just down the road.
Water loving hens
If your hen group loves water sports, why not try kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding in the beautiful Somerset countryside?
If you and your hen group like to turn up the volume and dance until dawn, then sadly we’re not for you.
We do have noise restrictions in place as we’re situated in the heart of the village, and our neighbours like a quiet life!
Unfortunately, we can’t allow amplified music, and outdoor noise needs to be kept at low volumes after 10 on weekdays, and after 11 on Fridays and Saturdays.
And as we’re right next door to a working farm, fireworks, and Chinese lanterns are not permitted – they curdle the cows’ milk!
We hope you have a fun time though!
