Cossington Park is a member of the Green Tourism Business Scheme and has been awarded GOLD for our commitment to environmental good practice.
Our guests are encouraged to use local buses, walks and cycle tracks. If you come to Somerset by public transport, we will pick you up from the nearest rail or bus station at no cost. Sustrans, the UK charity that encourages travel by foot, bike or public transport, has a route that passes right by the front door of Cossington Park. The West Country Way, National Route 3, includes a path between Bridgwater and Glastonbury.
How about a guided nature walk including ‘Owl Prowls’ and ‘Badger Watches’ on the Somerset Levels with Chris Sperring MBE, Naturalist and Broadcaster?
Our environmental policy is displayed in the the house and cottage and is available for download.Download
