Cossington Park House

Park House was in medieval times a pair of cottages for workers looking after the main estate. My great grandfather re-modelled them in 1901 and added a Victorian wing, which houses the library and some bedrooms. He sold neighbouring Cossington Grange, and the family silver, to pay for the 100 disadvantaged children he cared for, thus founding ICAN, today the largest UK charity helping children communicate.
